Terms of Service – Copyfy

Welcome to Copyfy.io. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Copyfy platform ("Service"). Please read them carefully.
1. Purpose and Scope
Copyfy offers a SaaS platform that collects and processes structured data from online stores (specifically Shopify-hosted websites) to provide business intelligence and product trend insights. These Terms apply exclusively to professional users acting within the scope of their commercial, industrial, or independent activity ("Customer").By subscribing to the Service, the Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, and confirm they have received all necessary information to assess the relevance of the Service to their needs.
2. Service Access and Features
Customers must:Be of legal age and legally authorized to contract;Have access to a compatible device (PC, tablet, or mobile), an internet connection, and a valid subscription.
Available Plans : Starter: Track 5 stores, 20 product exports/month, 20 themes/month, Top 15 Stores & Products, basic support.
Standard: Track 20 stores, 50 exports, Top 50 Stores & Products, email/chat support.
Pro: Track 40 stores, 80 exports, Top 100 rankings, 6-day support, priority assistance.All metrics provided (e.g. estimated sales volume) are for indicative purposes only. No guarantee of accuracy is given.
3. Free Trial
A 5-day free trial may be offered. After expiration, access to features requires a paid plan.
4. Orders and Payment
Subscriptions can be monthly or annual.Orders are firm and final upon validation and payment.Payment is processed via secure third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).Customers are responsible for ensuring payment info is accurate and up to date.Invoices are sent by email in PDF format and archived electronically.
5. Pricing Policy
Prices are listed in EUR excluding VAT.Copyfy may update pricing at any time with 30 days’ notice.Promotional offers are personal and non-transferable.Failure to cancel before renewal implies acceptance of new pricing.
6. Failed Payments
In case of payment failure : The Service may be suspended;Unpaid amounts remain due;Copyfy may terminate access without compensation.
7. Duration and Termination
Subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly or annually. Termination must be requested at least
3 business days before renewal by emailing: contact@copyfy.io.Cancellations after automatic renewal do not entitle the Customer to refunds. Data will no longer be accessible post-termination.
8. Performance & Guarantees
Copyfy delivers the Service under a best-effort obligation. No guarantees are provided regarding:Accuracy of data;Financial outcomes;Technical availability.All data and trends are indicative. The Customer remains solely responsible for decisions based on the Service.
9. Customer Obligations
Customers agree to:Pay fees promptly;Not share content or login credentials;Ensure legal compliance when using the Service;Back up all their data.Copyfy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or breach of these Terms.
10. Copyfy’s Liability
Copyfy is not liable for:Indirect or consequential damages;Misuse of the Service;Data loss due to the Customer’s failure to back up.Liability is strictly limited to the subscription amount paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.
11. Force Majeure
Copyfy shall not be liable for any delay or failure due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, outages, governmental restrictions, pandemics).
12. Intellectual Property & Contributions
All content on the Site or provided through the Service is owned by Copyfy. Customers may not:Reuse, resell, or redistribute Copyfy content;Infringe any of Copyfy’s copyrights or trademarks.Any contributions submitted (feedback, ideas, suggestions) may be used by Copyfy without restriction or compensation.
13. Personal Data
Data is processed in accordance with Copyfy’s
Privacy Policy. Technical logs may be collected to prevent fraud and misuse.Customers may exercise their data rights by contacting Copyfy.
14. Public References
Unless otherwise requested, Copyfy may mention the Customer’s name and logo in marketing materials, on its website, and social media.
15. Miscellaneous
If any clause is invalid, the rest of the Terms remain enforceable.Copyfy’s failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.The parties are independent contractors.
16. Disputes & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles, California.For any inquiries, please contact:
